General Vendor Procedures
Details the CERN procedures, workflow and tools that vendors will require to access the CERN site and perform warranty interventions.
Vendor Call Procedure
Presents a checklist of tasks to be perfomed and coordinated between the Service Manager, the SysAdmin and the Vendor to inervene on the machine.

CERN access formalities
Check paragraph 2 of this document and follow the steps to be fully authorized to access the different CERN sites. Please note that access to the CERN Computer Center can only be granted when the safety courses have been followed and validated.
Computer Center access rules
Lists the access rules for companies working in the CERN Computer Center.
CERN holidays
Contractual repair times stop running during CERN official holidays and outside of CERN working hours (8.30 AM to 12.30 PM and 1.30 PM to 5.30 PM).
Work outside working hours
If companies have to intervene in any area of the CERN site outside of working hours or during the christmas annual closure, they have to fill in this form.
